Doing extraordinary work — and easy to find.
Clarion builds simple, accessible websites for RDA groups and small equestrian charities, so riders, families, volunteers and supporters can find you, understand what you offer and get in touch.
Most groups are run by busy volunteers, and the website is always last on the list. We keep it small, practical and built to hand over.
A page of your own, not a corner of someone else's platform.
Many brilliant groups have no dedicated local web presence at all — a national directory listing or a Facebook page is often the whole online footprint.
That isn't a criticism. Volunteers and trustees are stretched, and a website is rarely the most urgent job on the list.
But a simple page of your own makes a real difference. It helps people find your group, understand what you do, enquire about volunteering, support fundraising, and get in touch — without depending on a platform you don't control and can't export from.
Got a postcard from Clarion?
Each month we write to a small number of RDA groups that appear to have little or no dedicated web presence. If yours was one of them, this is the page it pointed to — everything below explains what we offer and what it costs.
No more post, please? Just email hello@clarionequestrian.com and we'll take you off the list — no questions asked.
One clear page, built around your group
We keep the first version focused and manageable. Booking, payments, donations, forms and extra pages can all be added later — when you're ready.
What's included
A simple, professional page covering everything a visitor needs:
- Your group name, location and email contact
- A short “about your group” section
- Clear information for riders & families
- Information for volunteers & supporters
- A volunteer enquiry email button
- A donation or fundraising link, if you have one
- Simple email contact links
- Mobile-friendly design
- Basic search setup so people can find you
- Simple handover notes
Contact uses simple mailto: links that open the visitor's own email app — no form backend, no separate inbox for you to manage. Enquiries land straight in your group's chosen email address.
From £295 · Charity and RDA-friendly rates available.
Take a look at an example starter page
We've built a working example called Thornfield RDA — a fictional volunteer-led RDA group near Helmswick. It shows exactly what your £295 starter page could look and feel like.
A fictional example built to show the kind of simple, accessible starter page Clarion Equestrian can adapt for a local RDA group.
The demo shows the structure and features available in the RDA starter template. We agree the exact content and features your group needs before building.
Thornfield RDA is a fictional group used to demonstrate the template. The real version is built around your group's name, branding and details.
We work with the realities of volunteer-led groups
Limited time. Changing volunteer availability. Safeguarding responsibilities. Paper forms. Payment chasing. The need to keep things simple and pass them on when someone steps back.
You don't need technical knowledge. We guide you through what's needed and keep the process practical — short conversations, clear decisions, no jargon.
We've already done this for an RDA group
Lowlands Farm RDA didn't have a dedicated local web presence either. Today they have a professional site in their own branding — and the volunteers can update it themselves.
From hard-to-find to easy to support
Lowlands needed a clearer online home — somewhere riders, families, volunteers and supporters could find them and understand what they offer. We built it around how the group actually runs.
- Professional site live in their own branding
- Clear information for riders, families & volunteers
- An always-on donation route for supporters
- Simple handover so volunteers can keep it updated
Before Clarion
- Limited or outdated online presence
- Manual booking and admin processes
- Harder for supporters to donate online
- Volunteer time spent chasing information
After Clarion
- Website live in the group's branding
- Booking and payment journey in place
- Donation page available 24/7
- Volunteer-friendly handover and support
Self-service booking — riders pick a date and session in seconds.
Booking & payment captured together.

Giving, made effortless
A mobile-friendly donation page lets supporters give a one-off gift — or donate in someone's name — without a single phone call.
Your page can start much simpler than this — and grow at your pace. The £295 starter is designed as a first step, not a one-shot decision.
Five short steps, no pressure
Free intro call
A short conversation about your group, what you already have, and what would be most useful.
Honest recommendation
We suggest the smallest sensible option. For some groups, that's only a one-page presence.
Draft page
We prepare a draft using the information you provide — wording, photos, contact details.
Review & amend
Your trustees or group contact can check and adjust the wording before anything goes live.
Publish & handover
We publish the page and give you simple notes. Ongoing support is available — never forced.
Things groups often want to know
Are you part of RDA?
No. Clarion Equestrian Ltd is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Riding for the Disabled Association or any national equestrian body.
Do we actually need a full website?
Not necessarily. Many groups only need a single, clear page that people can find easily. That's exactly what our £295 starter page is designed for.
Can we add booking, payments or donations later?
Yes. The starter page is designed to scale with you. Begin with a simple presence and add more when you're ready — at your pace, not ours.
Can you manage updates for us?
Yes. Optional ongoing support is available for groups that don't want to manage changes themselves. It's a separate decision — never a condition of going ahead.
What if we already have a Facebook page?
That's fine. A simple website can sit alongside Facebook and give you a more stable, professional place to send riders, families, volunteers and supporters.
What about safeguarding and data protection?
The £295 starter page uses simple email links rather than form backends. Where forms are added (on larger builds), they're designed with safeguarding and GDPR in mind — collecting only what's needed, with clear ownership. Your group remains responsible for its own safeguarding policies.
What does it actually cost?
The starter page begins at £295. Charity and RDA-friendly rates are available. Any third-party costs — domain name, hosting — are explained clearly before any work begins.
Tell us about your group
A short conversation is the easiest way to see whether this would help. No pitch, no pressure — and we'll say so honestly if Clarion isn't the right fit.
What happens next
- We read your message and reply personally, usually within a couple of working days.
- We arrange a short call if it's useful — at a time that suits volunteers.
- You get an honest recommendation and a clear, no-obligation quote.
