Websites & booking systems for equestrian businesses, yards & charities
Less paperwork.
More horses.
Affordable websites, online booking, card payments, rider forms and donation pages for riding schools, livery yards, freelance professionals, RDA groups and equestrian charities across the UK.
Move off paper forms, spreadsheets, bank transfers and scattered messages — without paying for software built for large commercial yards.
Still running on paper, spreadsheets and goodwill?
You're not short on dedication — you're short on time. Admin is what eats the evenings.
Sound like your week? Tap one — we'll show you what we'd do about it.
A site that answers the repeat questions — prices, availability, what to expect — so only the real enquiries reach your phone.
Card payment or a deposit taken at the moment of booking. No invoice chasing, and far fewer no-shows.
A tidy, mobile-friendly rebuild in your own branding — plus the guide and the confidence to keep it current yourself.
A handover pack listing every account, who owns it and where the data sits. Nothing depends on one person picking up the phone.
Online registration and enquiry forms with safeguarding-conscious fields, landing straight in the inbox you choose.
One consolidated setup on mainstream platforms you own, with a single place to manage it and no mystery subscriptions.
Recognise more than one? Most people do — and they're usually the same problem wearing different hats.

Those pressures look different depending on what you run — but they all come back to the same lost hours. Pick the closest fit to see how we’d approach yours.

Got a website, but the admin still eats your evenings?
If you already have a site but you're still chasing payments, retyping forms and juggling logins, you may not need to start again — just make what you have work harder.
What changes for you

Two working demos, at opposite ends of the range
Both are fictional sites built to show what's possible. Most projects land somewhere between them — we scope to what you actually need.
Thornfield RDA
A single, welcoming page for a volunteer-led group — who you are, how to volunteer, how to donate, how to get in touch. Built-in reader controls for text size, contrast and spacing.
Visit the Thornfield demo →Sophie Grant Equestrian
Everything switched on at once: online lesson booking with deposits, a public availability calendar, structured yard-cover enquiries with instant estimates, and card payments.
Visit the Sophie Grant demo →Both are fictional businesses used to demonstrate features — no real bookings or payments are taken. You almost certainly won't need everything shown in the second one, and that's the point: we build to your needs and your budget.

None of these quite fit? That's normal.
The packages above are starting points, not a menu you have to choose from. Most of what we build is a blend — a bit of one, half of another, and something specific to how your organisation actually runs.
Tell us your budget
Say what you can spend and we'll tell you honestly what's achievable within it — and what isn't. We'd far rather scope down than quote something you can't justify to a committee, a partner or yourself.
Build it in phases
You don't have to do everything at once. Start with the part that's costing you the most time, get it working, then add booking, payments or forms when the budget or the need arrives.
Only what you'll actually use
We'd rather build four things you use every week than fourteen you never touch. If a feature won't earn its keep on your yard, we'll say so before it goes in the quote.
Unusual setup? A stud, trekking centre, competition venue, therapy centre or something we've not seen before — we're still likely to be able to help. Tell us what you run and what's going wrong, and we'll give you an honest answer either way.
Not for everyone — if you need horse records, staff rotas and stock control, a full yard platform is the right call, and we'll say so on the first call rather than sell you something smaller.
Charity and RDA pricing available where appropriate.
Platform fees, payment-processing fees, domain names and any paid third-party subscriptions are charged separately — and we'll always explain these clearly before any work begins. No long contracts.
Peace of mind for whoever's responsible
You're trusting us with client data and payments. Here's how we keep that safe — and keep you in control.
Equestrian-aware
Run by people who understand yards, lessons, liveries and volunteers — so we design around how equestrian organisations actually work.
GDPR & safeguarding-conscious
Forms collect only what's needed, with clear ownership and access. You stay responsible for your own safeguarding policies.
You stay in control
Built in your name, with your accounts and your data. No long contracts, and UK-based support that recommends what fits.
Handover included
A simple how-to pack and a walkthrough with every build, so nothing depends on us being available.
No more mystery logins
We map what accounts you have, who owns them and where your data goes — so nothing stays locked behind a login only one person knows.
Tell us about your organisation
The more you tell us, the more useful our reply. We'll point you to the simplest next step — no sales pitch, no pressure.
What happens after you enquire
- We review your current setup.
- We reply with initial thoughts and any obvious quick wins.
- We arrange a short call if it's useful.
- You receive a simple recommendation and quote.
